Ginny Santos

I’m Ginny Santos — and I’ll be honest, I’m a bit obsessive about science. Before anything makes it into UPWELL, I’ve studied the research, questioned it, tried it, and made sure it actually works. My background is an unusual mix for a wellness coach: a Master of Science, certifications in neurofeedback, nutrition science, and nervous-system-based coaching, plus 25 years helping dedicated professionals think clearly and sleep soundly.

Long before any of this, I was a political activist and a street medic at protests, and I spent the early years of my career in social services, advocating for women fleeing violence. That work taught me that real wellbeing begins with feeling safe, supported, and cared for — and it’s still what drives me today.

What I care about most is helping you build habits that fit your real life — so you have the energy for the work, the people, and the moments that matter most.

Marina Randich

I’m Marina Randich, a certified health coach, and lifelong movement enthusiast with a passion for helping people build healthy habits that fuel long-term success. My own health transformation began with a rare diagnosis at 17, sparking a deep dive into holistic wellness—from yoga and biomechanics to biohacking and nutrition. With 20 years of professional experience and a sharp focus on the neuroscience of habit formation, I now support high-achievers in creating energizing routines that build strength, clarity, and resilience. Together, we’ll design a lifestyle that supports your health and your biggest goals.

How It Works

It starts with coaching. You’ll have private coaching to personalize your plan and keep you moving — plus, if you join the Community Journey, weekly group coaching with others on the same path.

The resources support your coaching. We’ll mail you the UPWELL Box (real mail you can touch!) — twelve sealed envelopes, one for each week — and each week you’ll get two short videos, one food habit and one mind habit, to help you prepare for your coaching and stay on track between sessions.

We’re with you between sessions. Check in on WhatsApp (where your journey includes it), and track your progress with your weekly Habit Tracker.

Progress over perfection. Try the habits, keep what works, leave what doesn’t. This is your program — and your coach is with you the whole way.

Next, we’ll guide you to step back from toxins and non-nutritious foods, creating space for your body to focus on generating natural, consistent energy. This isn’t about harsh diets or extremes; it’s about supporting your body to do what it does best: heal and thrive.

This is where the magic of rejuvenation happens. You’ll experiment with new habits that help your body relax, and get deeper sleep. These changes will help you wake up feeling fully refreshed and prepared for whatever the day brings. We’ll introduce practical techniques and evening routines that support deep, restorative sleep, so you finally experience waking up with clarity and vigor.

As we come toward the end of your UPWELL journey, you’ve discovered what works best for your body and mind. In this phase, we’ll help you review these practices and make intentional choices about what to keep moving forward long-term.

We’ve got you covered! Our focus is on high quality nutrition and reducing the consumption of highly processed foods and problematic ingredients in processed foods. There is a part in the UPWELL journey where we explore high quality proteins , and always provide options for vegetarians, vegans, and pescatarians. You’ll be invited to experiment with new eating habits, supported by practical weekly resources and daily encouragement. Since UPWELL is not just about food, you’ll also nourish both body and mind, reset your nervous system, and make gradual, sustainable changes. Please let us know if you’re vegetarian or vegan when you start your journey, so we can support you fully.

Yes! While we do place importance on making thoughtful food choices, UPWELL isn’t a diet. What sets it apart is the focus on mindset, habits, and lasting behavior change.
