Weekly Live Coaching Calls: As part of the UPWELL program, you’ll join a live session twice per week where you’ll:
Practical Resources: Every week, you’ll receive resources that guide you in making gradual, impactful changes to your habits and routines.
Weekly Invitations: Throughout the three months, you’ll be invited to experiment with new self-care habits so that you can discover what works best for you, and decide what to incorporate long-term.
Daily Support: During the three months you will have access to daily support and encouragement from your coaches and your peers through a private WhatsApp Group.
Welcome Package: Once you register you will receive a special welcome package in the mail with everything you need to succeed in this 3 month journey. Your welcome package will include print outs of the weekly invitation guidelines, your weekly Habit Tracker, and a few surprises.
Monthly Q&A Calls: You will be invited to join monthly Q&A calls where you can ask an expert any health-related questions you have.
First we’ll start by increasing nutrient density. This is where you’ll learn how to choose foods that truly satisfy your nutritional needs, so your ‘Real Hungers’ are well taken care of. Imagine nourishing your body in a way that makes you feel full, satisfied, and energized—not just momentarily, but throughout your day.
Then, we’ll guide you to step back from toxins and non-nutritious foods, creating space for your body to focus on generating natural, consistent energy. This isn’t about harsh diets or extremes; it’s about supporting your body to do what it does best—heal and thrive.
Week 10 and 11 is where the magic of rejuvenation happens. You’ll experiment with new habits that help your body relax, and get deeper sleep. These changes will help you wake up feeling fully refreshed and prepared for whatever the day brings. We’ll introduce practical techniques and evening routines that support deep, restorative sleep, so you finally experience waking up with clarity and vigor.
By week 12, you’ve discovered what works best for your body and mind. In this phase, we’ll help you review these practices and make intentional choices about what to keep moving forward long-term.

Hi! My name is Ginny Santos, and I believe that career success should never come at the expense of your health and wellness!
I work with ambitious individuals that want a healthy lifestyle and need a positive workplace culture that enables them to be at their best at work as well as outside of work.
That’s why I founded Neolé: A coaching and consulting company that specializes in elevating your ability to sustain high performance while also engaging your team in the co-creation of a positive workplace culture that enables well-being, setting a new standard for organizational excellence with a lasting impact on engagement, retention, and productivity.
My drive to have a positive impact through my work led me to pursue a Master’s of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership. This lit a fire in me, and so I deepened my learning with several graduate certificates in Solution-Focused Coaching, Nutrition Sciences, and Productive Thinking.
My passion for fostering a resilient approach to leadership extends into academia, where I serve as an Adjunct Professor in the Executive MBA program at Wilfrid Laurier University. This role allows me to impart practical wisdom and creative leadership strategies to the next generation of leaders.
While I’m originally from Mallorca, an island in the Mediterranean, I’m now based in Toronto, Canada where I’m raising two of my own teens as well as my two step-kids. I’m also a digital enthusiast, and an avid dancer in the privacy of my kitchen.

Hi! My name is Marina Randich, and I believe that healthy habits are crucial for sustainable success!
My personal health journey began with a diagnosis of a rare disease, Primary Ovarian Failure at 17, leading me to prioritise radical health solutions. This journey shaped my holistic view of health, encompassing physical, mental, and spiritual balance.
To support my health journey, I explored various forms of movement (from classical dance, tango, to rowing and aikido). In 2015, I started to study yoga and biomechanics which lead to teaching yoga by the sea to athletes of all ages at one of Italy’s leading rowing clubs.
Currently, I am deepening my expertise in Modern Nutrition: my focus is on biohacking techniques and holistic health practices to reduce chronic inflammation and depression, which includes studying the connection between sunlight, artificial light and mental health.
With a degree in Linguistics and 20 years of experience teaching languages (Spanish, English, and Italian), I have a deep passion for the neuroscience of learning and new habit development.
As your coach, I will help you develop habits that elevate your energy and strength so that you can make your dreams a reality. I’m excited to support you in creating a healthy, balanced lifestyle that fuels your success!
