With a deep ability to connect with audiences, Ginny makes everyone feel immediately at ease, bringing play, storytelling and relatability to her keynote presentations and training sessions.
CEO and Founder of Neolé Inc, a Women’s Business Enterprise, Ginny and her team are on a mission to maximize the wellbeing of remote and hybrid teams so that each individual can contribute the best version of themselves at work and in their communities. Ginny holds a Master of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership, along with several graduate certificates in Solution-Focused Coaching, Nutrition Sciences and Productive Thinking. Ginny is also an associate professor at Wilfrid Laurier University where she teaches creativity and entrepreneurship to executive MBA students.
Originally from Spain, she is an entrepreneurial mother, a digital geek and an enthusiastic dancer in the privacy of her kitchen.
