Coaching

Why have a coach?

One-on-one support is sometimes the best way of pin-pointing your vision and moving it forward. We help you gain clarity on your short and long-term goals and help you take control of the path you want to be on while developing your creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Who are our clients?

  • People who want to make a change in their lives
  • Leaders who are visionaries and want to draw out their own creative thinking and problem-solving skills and support their team’s ability to innovate.
  • Activists and advocates who want to bring about a better world and need to strategize more creatively.
  • Entrepreneurs who want to be original and do something meaningful for a living.
  • Artists and writers who need to overcome a block or find new inspiration.
  • Parents (grandparents, aunts, uncles, teachers or any adults with children in their lives) who want to model and support their children in becoming creative thinkers and problem solvers.
  • People nearing retirement who want to bring creativity into the next stage in life.
  • Women who juggle a million responsibilities and need to depend on everyday creativity to manage it all or who want to set new priorities and find ways of putting themselves first.
  • LGBTQ people who want to do any of the above in a positive environment.

How does our approach to coaching work?

Our approach combines what we know from the field of psychology, neuroscience, and adult education with our strong belief in the mind-body connection, empowerment, anti-oppression, and emotional intelligence. Our coaching sessions follow your instinctual problem-solving process while challenging you to identify your strengths and weaknesses, and replace old habits with ones that nourish your creativity and improve your thinking skills.

Within a series of coaching sessions we will take you from clarifying your goals and objectives to implementing a plan of action.  In every coaching session you will discover something new that will help you move forward and develop life-changing skills. The number of coaching sessions you will need depends on what you want to accomplish and the kind of support you are looking for.

Where do our coaching sessions take place?

Coaching sessions can take place at a location of your choice (additional fee may apply) or at NeOlé's office (953 Dovercourt Rd. Toronto).

Our space is wheelchair accessible.

Follow up appointments may be done over Skype.
